Hi! Welcome to Spring Snow Publications! I’m Deb Chitwood. Along with my husband, Dr. Terry Chitwood, I co-founded Spring Snow Publications. We’ve been blogging here a bit over a year, and this is the first year we’ve participated from Spring Snow Publications in the Ultimate Blog Party.
I’m a Montessori educator and author. I blog at Living Montessori Now about Montessori education, homeschooling, and parenting. At Raising Figure Skaters, I create word-art freebies and blog about inspirational quotes, encouragement for parents and athletes, posts on character and gratitude, motivation for life, and ways to make a difference. I was a Montessori teacher and school owner before homeschooling Terry’s and my two children through high school. (They now have college degrees.)
I’m the author of a 1983 children’s book, The Magic Ring, which is being converted into an eBook. We’re also publishing a new eBook I wrote called Montessori at Home or School: How to Teach Grace and Courtesy.
Terry is a Jungian psychotherapist, trader educator, and author with a blog at Trader Educator Online. He’s been a Jungian psychotherapist in private practice for over 32 years. His private practice is full, and he isn’t taking any new clients.Terry’s previously published books are in the process of being converted to eBooks. His books are How To Defend Yourself Without Even Trying (1981, topic Aikido), Meeting Force With Silence (1985, topic Aikido), and Death: The Beginning of Life (1988, topic Jungian Psychotherapy).
At the Spring Snow Publications blog, we write mainly inspirational posts about writing and blogging. Most of the posts were written by Terry, with lots of writing insight and inspiration!
